Privacy Policy

How Engides Engineering PLLC handles your information — in plain language, because that is how we handle everything else.

What we collect

When you contact us through this website, by email, or by phone, we collect the information you give us: your name, company, email address, phone number, project location, and the project details you share so we can scope the work. If you submit an RFQ or a bid request, we keep the documents you send with it. Our website also records standard technical information — pages visited, browser type, and similar analytics data — through cookies and comparable tools used to keep the site working and understand how visitors use it.

How we use it

We use your information to respond to your inquiry, prepare quotes and proposals, perform engineering and contracting services you engage us for, communicate about your project, and meet legal, licensing, and record-keeping obligations that apply to professional engineering work. Engineering project records — drawings, calculations, correspondence — are retained as professional practice and jurisdictional rules require. We do not sell your personal information. We do not use project information you send us to market anyone else's products.

What we share

We share information only where the work requires it: with the licensed professionals and consultants assigned to your project, with permitting authorities when you engage us to submit on your behalf, and with service providers who run parts of our operation (such as email and website hosting) under obligations to protect it. We may disclose information where the law requires it. Engides is part of the Apex Grid Engineering family of companies, and inquiries may be routed within that family so the right team handles your project — the same privacy standard applies wherever it lands.

Your choices

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where the law and our professional record-keeping duties allow. You can decline cookies in your browser settings; the site will still work, though some features may not. If you no longer want to receive follow-up communications from us, tell us and we will stop.

Security

We protect the information we hold with reasonable administrative and technical measures appropriate to a professional services firm. No system is perfect, and no policy can promise otherwise — but access inside our firm is limited to the people working on your matter.
