EV Charging Engineering in Montpelier, VT

What we engineer

Level 2 and DC fast charging electrical design per NEC Article 625 — EVSE as a continuous load at 125% per 625.41, service and feeder load calculations per NEC 220, automatic load management systems (ALMS) per 625.42 to add ports without service upgrades, utility coordination for new services and transformers, demand-charge mitigation through managed charging, and PE-stamped single-line diagrams.

Sites we design for

Workplace and multifamily Level 2 garages, retail and hospitality charging hubs, NEVI corridor DC fast charging stations (four or more 150 kW+ ports, 97% uptime design), and fleet depot electrification — bus, delivery, and service fleets with overnight managed charging, dwell-time analysis, and sequential port scheduling to cap coincident demand.

Accessible & EV-ready

Accessible EV charging spaces per the U.S. Access Board design recommendations — clear ground space, reachable operable parts, accessible routes — plus EV-capable, EV-ready, and EVSE-installed parking counts per CALGreen, IECC Appendix CB, and local amendments, so your permit clears the first time.
