What we engineer
Building automation and controls design: BACnet/IP and MS/TP network architecture per ASHRAE Standard 135, DDC controller layouts, sequences of operation written to ASHRAE Guideline 36, HVAC integration (chillers, boilers, VAV, VRF), lighting/HVAC integration, and energy metering per ASHRAE 90.1 Section 8.4. Fault detection and diagnostics (FDD) for air handlers and plants, plus demand-response-ready sequences per OpenADR.
Code compliance that passes
ASHRAE 90.1 and IECC C403/C404/C405 control mandates — automatic shutoff, occupancy and daylighting sensing, demand-controlled ventilation — plus IECC C408 commissioning documentation and Title 24 acceptance testing where required. BACnet Secure Connect (BACnet/SC) with TLS encryption for cybersecurity on every network we design.
